- CONSULTATION - Interior
design and image consultation involves meeting with the client to
establish the design concept. We discuss ideas for making space more
efficient, lighting design, color schemes, hard surface flooring,
soft surface flooring, furniture arrangement, window treatments, furniture
styles and accessories etc. An hourly fee is charged.
- SPACE PLANNING - Furniture
arrangement and planing of non-structural walls determines the look
and functionality of the space. We discuss how you will use
the space and the desired character of the space. Floor plans
and elevations are drawn showing options for furniture arrangements
and design of walls.
- LIGHTING DESIGN - Lighting
location and design are coordinated with the wall, window and furniture
locations.
- INTERIOR FINISH SELECTION & SPECIFICATION - Materials are selected for all floors,
walls, cabinets, countertops, lighting, kitchen and plumbing equipment.
- CUSTOM CABINETS AND FURNITURE
- Drawings are created for custom millwork
and furniture such as, entertainment centers, kitchen cabinets, storage
cabinets, closets, buffets, conference tables, etc.
- RE-FINISHING & RE-UPHOLSTERING FURNITURE -
Your existing furniture can be made
to look like new.
- FURNITURE SELECTION - We
work with you to select the furniture appropriate for your plans.
- WINDOW TREATMENTS - We
meet with you in the space, if possible, to select the appropriate
blinds, shades and / or draperies.
- ART, ACCESSORIES & PLANTS -
Items
are selected for your approval to create the total design concept.
- PURCHASING - If
desired, all items are purchased and installed.
- CONTRACTING - We
will manage your project and contract for manufacture and/or installation
of all items. If you have your own contractor, we coordinate
with them and provide them with all the specifications.
