Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church Addition and Renovation The Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church Project was a $13.2 million dollar addition and renovation.  Margaret Gulinson was the senior interior designer for the project, working with MSD, Inc. and Milton Powell & Partners, architects.

	Office Receptionist The project included the following: Relocation of the front entrance to the church facility. Jubilee Fellowship Hall and kitchen addition. Renovation and expansion of the sanctuary included moving the choir to the front, behind the chancel; addition of a new organ; and new interior finishes. Addition of new staff offices Addition of a new library Conversion of old office areas into additional classrooms.  Addition of the new Emmanuel Hall choir rehearsal auditorium and additional rehearsal rooms.
	Jubilee Hall Jubilee Hall is a multi-purpose room which can be divided into six smaller rooms for classes or dining.   A neutral color scheme was used throughout in anticipation of its many uses:  receptions, classrooms, luncheons, dinners. etc.  It seats approximately 340 people around round dining tables.
	Library Seating Area The new library was designed to double the size of the existing library.  It includes seating, a children's' area shown below, librarian office and work room, check-out desk and book drop with display shelves flanking the main entrance.   Shirley Rollins, librarian says "The library space is a superb facility, with an ambiance of stability and beauty.  I have always felt Preston Hollow's library was a crown jewel; now it has the setting it deserves."
	Children's Area of Library The children's area of the library is a room with brightly colored cushions on the floor for story hour and independent reading.   The murals above the bookshelves are a collage of various books about good and evil.  You will see characters from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Stone Soup, and other children's books.  The mural was painted by local artist, Debbie Cole Hamilton.
	Murals in Children's Library Area The mural creates an inviting and fanciful feeling, encouraging the children to read.  The Senior Pastor, Rev. Blair Monie opted for the contemporary book theme of good versus evil, rather than paintings of biblical stories being represented, as was done in some of the classrooms.
